Senior Smart TV Developer (Remote)
ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are looking fora Senior Smart TV Developerto help evolve applications for the Smart TV streaming ecosystem, working on high-scale, high-performance products that directly impact the experience of millions of users. This position requires strong proficiency in front-end development, a focus on performance, and experience with navigation on devices that have specific hardware and usability limitations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and enhance applications for Smart TV platforms;
- Build high-performance, responsive, and scalable interfaces;
- Ensure a seamless browsing experience and usability; Implement and maintain integrations with REST and GraphQL APIs;
- Participate in architectural decisions and the establishment of best practices;
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing;
- Work closely with the QA, UX, Design, and Product teams;
- Monitor, optimize, and improve application performance;
- Produce technical documentation and support the team's ongoing development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid experience with JavaScript and TypeScript;
- Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS;
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or similar);
- Experience with Node.js; Knowledge of automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end);
- Experience with API consumption (REST, GraphQL);
- Knowledge of bundlers (Webpack, Rollup, or similar);
- Experience with Git and version control workflows;
- Knowledge of CI/CD;
- Experience with scalable architectures and design patterns;
- Experience with front-end performance optimization.
DISTINCTIVE FEATURES:
