ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are looking for aFull-Stack Developer (React + Node)to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and solution-oriented environment within Latin America’s largest media, communications, and entertainment ecosystem.

You’ll be part of the team responsible for one of the most-visited streaming platforms in the country, working both on the backend that supports multiple frontends and on the product’s web application. The environment requires high scalability, resilience, and a constant focus on user experience, while handling a large volume of simultaneous users.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and enhance large-scale web applications and backend services;
  • Ensure code quality through automated testing and best practices;
  • Work to solve complex problems and propose continuous improvements;
  • Actively participate in code reviews;
  • Monitor applications in production (performance, errors, behavior);
  • Work collaboratively with product, design, and engineering teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Solid experience with JavaScript (object-oriented and functional);
  • Strong knowledge of React;
  • Experience with Node.js and building REST APIs (preferably Express);
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design;
  • Experience with Git;
  • Experience with unit testing;
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture;
  • Experience with CI/CD;
  • Familiarity with application monitoring.

DISTINCTIVE FEATURES:

  • Experience with GraphQL (Apollo);
  • Knowledge of Redux;
  • Experience with server-side rendering;
  • Knowledge of best practices (SOLID, DRY, KISS, etc.);
  • Experience with PaaS and the 12-factor principles.
